Ecosystem: A New Supply Pipeline for Tokenized Properties
Binaryx has launched Ecosystem — a product that allows property developers to list their projects directly on the platform for tokenized investment. Previously, all properties were sourced and vetted internally. Ecosystem opens a structured channel for third-party developers to bring projects to the investor base.
What this means in practice: a broader pipeline of investment opportunities, greater geographic diversity, and faster listing velocity. Every Ecosystem-listed property still passes through Binaryx's standard due diligence process, including legal structure validation, construction audits, and smart contract deployment on Polygon.
Geographic Expansion: Montenegro and Beyond
Management has confirmed plans to expand into Montenegro, adding a new jurisdiction to the existing Bali (Indonesia) and Turkey portfolio. An additional, as-yet-unannounced location is also in the pipeline.
For investors, geographic diversification is not cosmetic — it reduces concentration risk across regulatory environments, currencies, and real estate cycles. Montenegro's EU accession trajectory and growing tourism sector make it a strategically relevant addition.

The Portfolio section now includes comprehensive analytics: full transaction history, performance metrics including APR and ROI calculations, and historical tracking across all held assets. This is not a cosmetic redesign — it is a data infrastructure upgrade that gives investors the same visibility into their tokenized holdings that they would expect from a traditional brokerage dashboard.
Document Hub: Tax Documents & Statements, On Demand
A new centralized Document Hub is now live, providing 24/7 access to tax documents and financial statements for all properties. Whether you need documentation for tax filing in your home jurisdiction or simply want a consolidated view of your investment activity, everything is now available in one location.
Exit Strategy Simplification: Fewer Steps, Lower Fees, Better Liquidity

One of the most significant operational changes this quarter is a simplified exit strategy for investors holding construction-phase tokens.
The previous exit process involved multiple stages:
- Investor selects a strategy and ends the build position once construction is completed
- Asset value appreciates and the property is listed on the primary rental market — new investors enter, but with additional commission layers
- After the primary sale completes, the asset migrates to the P2P secondary market for ongoing trading
This multi-step process added friction, fees, and time between construction completion and investor liquidity.
How It Works Now
The new process eliminates the intermediate stage:
- Property construction completes
- Asset value appreciates post-construction
- The asset is listed directly on the P2P market — no additional fees, no intermediate listing stage
What This Means for Investors
Token holders can now reach the secondary market faster, with lower commissions ( soon)* and a more direct path to liquidity. On the P2P market, each owner sets their own price and trades 24/7 with other investors on the platform.
The structural goal: decrease total transaction costs and increase the speed at which investors can realize gains or rebalance their portfolios.
Construction Updates: Timelines for Active Builds
Bingin Magic Story
The estimated construction completion date has been revised to April 30, 2026, due to Ramadan and heavy seasonal rains. Construction is progressing and the revised date reflects current on-ground conditions.
Bali Balance
For investors in the Bali Balance project, developer delay fees amount to ~$380 per month per villa until construction is completed. These costs are a consequence of developer-side delays and are being tracked. Negotiations are currently underway regarding the commencement of payouts.
We recognize that delays in construction-phase investments directly impact projected returns. This is a known risk factor in real estate development, and Binaryx continues to hold developers accountable to contractual obligations
Management Company Updates
Property management is a critical operational layer that directly affects rental income, maintenance quality, and investor returns. This quarter includes three management transitions.
Karra Loft 3a & 5
Karra Loft properties have been updated with a new management company. The transition is complete and the new operator is now handling all rental operations, maintenance, and guest management.
Kammara Loft
Binaryx is currently collecting votes from villa owners to reach the required majority for switching Kammara Loft to a new property management company — Better Place. Once enough owners confirm their support, the transition will be initiated. This collective decision-making process ensures alignment among all stakeholders before any operational change takes effect.
Onyx Park Resort
Onyx Park Resort has been transferred to a global property management company that manages the entire complex. This change was driven by stricter regulations in Indonesia affecting the operations of independent real estate agents. The transition to a larger, compliant operator ensures continuity of rental income and regulatory alignment.
