In May we shipped a major platform update. Three headline rebuilds: a redesigned Portfolio, a new Transaction History page with 2025 tax reports, and a dedicated Documents section. Plus dozens of smaller fixes that make the platform faster and more stable.
What shipped this release

The new Portfolio
The investor home page now opens instantly — no waiting. Charts and numbers load right away, even when you hold many properties.
What we improved and what it gives you:
- Correct data for Dukley and AWWA. There used to be small mismatches between your wallet balance and what the portfolio displayed. They're gone — everything lines up.
- Clearer charts and metrics. Yield, payouts, and total return live in one place with tooltips on every number. You can see exactly where your annual APR comes from.
- No more address or network confusion. Polygon addresses are labelled explicitly, and you can copy them via QR code.
- PARQ2 case renders correctly. Long-term history for that project is now displayed properly.
Transaction History and tax reports
A fully new page. All your activity from different networks (Polygon, Tron, USDT) lives in one list — no network switching.
What's new:
- Filters and date range. Find any transaction by type, direction (incoming or outgoing), or date.
- Details in one click. Tap a row to open the full card: hash, counterparty, contract, gas.
- Mobile version. Not a "shrunk desktop" — a real mobile design.
- Icons and grouping. Every event type is labelled and grouped, with neutral amounts (no misleading "+/-" where it would confuse).
- CSV and PDF export. Your accountant or tax authority gets everything in one file — in a minute.
2025 tax reports now cover all five income sources: rent, AWWA, Dukley, bubbles, and off-plan exit (selling out of a project during construction). Previously reports could disagree with your balance because of different calculation logic — the template is now unified and consistent.
Documents
A dedicated "Documents" section is now live. Balance statements and certificates no longer need a support ticket — two clicks and the file is yours.
Our own blockchain infrastructure
We brought a second server online for the Polygon network. What that gives you:
- The platform won't go down if one server needs maintenance. Requests automatically route to the second one — invisible to you.
- Faster transactions. Especially during peak hours when the network is busy.
- Fewer failure points. We control the infrastructure ourselves, no dependency on external providers.
We also updated the node software to the latest version — a mandatory upgrade without which the node would have stopped serving the network.
What's New: in-app changelog modal
When you log in, you'll see a window with an overview of the current release. Inside: a demo button for the new Portfolio and short video tutorials. Each update is shown once, then moves to history.
More fixes worth knowing
Small but meaningful for day-to-day use:
- Background tasks are faster. When you take an action — invest, withdraw, sign a document — the result appears noticeably faster, especially during peak hours.
- More accurate P2P trades on Bubbles. On the Bubbles secondary market, a bug occasionally showed the wrong price during a peer-to-peer trade between users. Fixed.
- More trade scenarios on Bubbles P2P. Additional P2P trade types now run directly through the platform.
- Push notifications. Subscriptions no longer get dropped — important news and alerts arrive on time.
- Apple and Google sign-in on Android. Both work reliably now.
- Coupon fixes and better support tools. Resolved several coupon edge cases and added more admin tools for the support team.
