Six months have passed since the launch of our new product, “Construction Stage Investments,” in June 2024, and we are thrilled to announce that the first project has successfully completed construction and is now preparing for commissioning. The Mountain Retreat by Dukley in Montenegro is set to become the first of many successful projects, bringing income to our investors as early as the second quarter of 2025.
We’ve received many questions about the next steps after the construction phase is complete. Over the past two months, our team has been actively working on developing investment strategies and mechanisms for “exiting” investments. Today, we are ready to present these strategies to you.

As many of you know, the Binaryx platform was launched in March 2023 with rental-ready properties that generated income from the first minute due to their readiness and management by management companies. Over a year later, we are now offering our users the opportunity to earn even higher returns (up to 40% per annum) from investments at various stages of construction. The first of these properties, Mountain Retreat by Dukley, which has completed the construction phase and is in the roughing-in phase and beginning cosmetic renovations.
Now that construction is complete, the property will move into the rental section in Q2 2025. This means that the property will start to generate a guaranteed yield from the developer Dukley for 3 years at 8% per annum. However, if you prefer to realize your investment through the growth in value of the property token, you will also have that option.
You will be able to use either one investment strategy or all 4 strategies in different proportions. How all three investment strategies work:
1. Retaining the asset and generating rental income.
2. Selling the entire asset at the stated price
3. A priority sale with a commission of 5%.
4. Combined strategy
You will receive rental income proportional to your share of the property. Your real estate tokens will automatically generate income from rentals. If needed, you can always sell your tokens on the Secondary Market, similar to how rental property tokens currently operate.
This strategy allows you to sell your tokens either at the declared price (the value of a token for a completed property) or via a priority sale with a small commission.
This approach allows you to independently determine the proportion of tokens to retain and sell.

Note: If you do not select a strategy within 30 days, Strategy 1 — “Retaining the asset and earning rental income” — will be applied automatically.
With this flexible mechanism, each investor can choose the most optimal way to generate income that aligns with their personal financial goals and plans.
