You can invest in real estate on the Binaryx Platform in 3 simple steps. The whole process will take you a few minutes.

1. Open the Binaryx Marketplace and click "Sign up/Log in" in the upper right corner:

3. To ensure legal property ownership, we must know your identity and enter your name into the co-owners list. That's why we ask investors to verify their identity (complete a KYC check).
4. Once you log in, you will see this message. Click on the link and start the verification:
5. Follow the instructions; the check should take you at most 5 minutes.
