Coupons are a new feature of the Binaryx platform. They allow you to get a bonus for buying property tokens, and they work through the cashback system. You can get a coupon with a promocode. Here's how it works:

Step 1

Click on the profile button on the homepage and go to the “Coupons” tab.

Step 2

To add a coupon you have to use a promocode. On this page, you’ll find the “Add promocode” button. Click it and enter your promocode in the provided field.

Then, click “Add.” For example, we’ll use the promo code DOU.

After the promocode is used, a specific coupon will appear in this section.

Step 3

To activate a coupon and get a cashback, go to the available properties on the platform and buy tokens. For instance, we’ll choose in-construction property NEXA Skygarden 18b, but feel free to select any property of your choice. Go to the property’s page and click the “Invest” button.

Your coupons will be available above the “Invest” button.

Step 4

In the opened menu, enter the number of tokens you wish to purchase. Agree to the terms of the investment agreement and scroll down. Before completing the purchase, you’ll see the available coupons activated earlier in Step 2.

Note: You can also use a promo code right before purchasing by using the same “Add Promo Code” button located in the token purchase menu. This allows you to start directly from Step 3.

From the available coupons, you select the one you want to use and click “Apply”. You will see a message that the bonus (cashback) you claimed with this promo code will be credited to your account after the purchase is made.

Please be aware that one coupon can only be applied to one purchase. So if you have several of them, they will not add up to one discount.

Step 5

Congratulations! You’ve purchased tokens with a discount, and your coupon has been successfully activated. The cashback from your promo code will be credited to your Binaryx wallet after the purchase and will be available for withdrawal either immediately after the purchase or after a certain period of time, depending on the terms of the promo code.

The Binaryx Platform Referral Program allows you to invite your friends to invest in real estate on Binaryx and earn 5% from their invested amount. Once someone signs up using your referral link, any investment they make in the next 3 months will bring you a profit. For example, if your friend buys 20 property tokens worth $1000, you will earn $50.

How to start

Enter the referral program page. Here, you will find your unique referral link:

Copy it, send it to your friends, and ask them to sign up on the Binaryx Platform using this link. You can also share it using the Q.R. code.

You can also send referral links that lead to different pages on Binaryx: main website, marketplace, or specific properties. Click "Get it here" and see the available options:

If you want your friend to go directly to, for example, the Kammara Loft property page, select it in the menu and copy the link. Apart from the destination, these referral links work the same as the main one.

Referrals’ stats

Once you've sent referral links to your friends, you can track their way to investment on Binaryx. The Dashboard will display how many of them have registered, verified, and invested on the platform:

In the referrals list below, you can see the details about each of your referrals — for instance, at which exact stage any of them is:

• New referrals appear in the table once they register on the platform.

• When the referral verifies their identity, their name appears in the table. For example, referral #1 hasn't been verified yet so you can see their email, but the name is not displayed.

• The green line indicates that the person has invested. The exact investment amount is shown in the far-right column.

Rewards

Now comes the fun part!

When your friends invest in properties on Binaryx using your referral link, 5% of their investment amount is credited to your account.

Note: If the property your referrals invest in hasn't been sold out yet, the reward will appear in the Dashboard, but it will be locked at first. When the property is sold out, the reward will be displayed as Available Balance, and you will be able to claim it:

The total reward here is $561 from the property currently on sale. It is locked and will become available for withdrawal when the property is sold.

Once you claim the available balance, the USDT amount will appear in your Wallet.
