Trading happens on the property page, in the panel on the right. The steps are the same for buying and selling, only the tab changes.
1. Approve trading once
The first time you trade a given token, you allow the exchange contract to move it on your behalf. Your wallet asks you to confirm this once per token, and then the step disappears.
2. Choose the side and the amount
Open the Buy or Sell tab and enter the amount. When buying you can enter it either in shares or in USDT, switch the unit next to the field and the other value is calculated for you.
The available balance is shown above the field. Switching between Buy and Sell clears the amount, because the same number means different things on each side.
3. Choose the price
For a market order the price comes from the order book. For a limit order, enter the price that suits you, and it has to fall inside the allowed range.
4. Confirm and sign
Review the summary — amount, price and total — and confirm. The summary includes the trading fee: 2% if you are the maker (your order rests in the book and someone else fills it) or 3% if you are the taker (you fill an order that is already there). Your wallet then asks for a signature: this signature authorises the exchange to execute exactly this order and nothing else. Signing costs no gas.
5. Track the order
The order appears in My Orders below the chart. There you can see whether it is waiting, partially filled or fully filled, cancel it while it waits, and open the settlement transaction in a block explorer once it is done.
